Customer Service Policy

All products sold by are warranted by the manufacturer. The warranty period differs from company to company and customers are advised to check the details of the relevant warranty.

Customers should advise in writing of any manufacturing defect which occurs within the warranty period and will arrange a service request with the manufacturer (supplier).

Any service provided by the supplier outside of the warranty period will attract a fee for service (this is set by the individual company).
